If youʼve invested in real estate before (or even just followed the space), youʼve probably noticed that a lot of firms talk about “discipline” and “selectivity.” That said, itʼs hard to define what this actually looks like, in practice.

We recently did a retrospective analysis on all the deals weʼve pursued over the last 3 years within our business to develop a sense of how our pipeline has grown… and thought our network would find the results insightful.
